Open Tests, add the tests for each family member, choose the address and collection time, then pay online or choose pay at collection.
When do I pay?
Home tests can be paid online or at collection. Doctor visits and medicines are paid online before the visit or delivery.
Where do I see my report?
Open Reports in the app after the lab marks the booking complete. A printed copy can be requested at booking for the fee shown at checkout.
How do refunds work?
Paid home-test cancellations return the allowed amount to your wallet. See the Refund Policy page for the current rule.
