1. Cancellation

Users can cancel their diagnostic booking by contacting our support team or through the app/website at least 1 hour before the scheduled sample collection time. Once a phlebotomist has been assigned or dispatched, cancellations may not be permitted.

2. Refund Eligibility
  • If cancellation is made within the allowed window, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 working days.
  • No refund is applicable if the phlebotomist has arrived at the location or the sample has already been collected.
  • For failed or duplicate transactions, users can raise a request via our support email or helpline.
3. Exceptions
  • Refunds will not be issued for bookings with incorrect or incomplete user information.
  • Refunds are not applicable if the patient is unavailable or unwilling to cooperate during the collection.
  • In rare cases where our technician fails to reach or collect the sample, the full amount will be refunded or rescheduled at no extra cost.
