 Speed Diagno enables users to book lab tests and health packages, including blood, urine, and full-body

 screenings, with home sample collection by certified phlebotomists. Test processing is done through

 NABL-accredited laboratories.

 2. User Eligibility

 You must:- Be at least 18 years of age or have consent from a guardian.- Provide accurate and complete personal details.- Use the services only for lawful purposes.

 3. Booking & Scheduling

 Bookings can be made through our website, app, or customer support.- Appointment slots are subject to availability.- You are responsible for ensuring your availability during the chosen slot.- Speed Diagno reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to operational or technical

 issues.

 4. Sample Collection

 Only qualified phlebotomists will collect samples from your home.- The collection will take place at the scheduled time unless otherwise communicated.- If you are unavailable or unwilling during the visit, the appointment may be marked as a no-show.

 5. Reports & Timelines

 Test reports are delivered digitally through email or app/website.- Most reports are delivered the same day, but some may require additional time based on the test type.- Reports are for informational purposes only and not a substitute for medical consultation.

 6. Pricing & Payments

 All prices are clearly mentioned on the platform and include applicable taxes.- Payments can be made online using secure gateways.- Invoices are generated for every transaction.

 7. User Conduct

 By using our services, you agree to:- Avoid fraudulent bookings or misrepresentation.- Treat our staff and representatives respectfully.- Not disrupt or misuse our platform or services.

 8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, software, and branding on our platforms are owned or licensed by Speed Diagno.

 Unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification is prohibited.

 9. Limitation of Liability

 Speed Diagno shall not be liable for:- Delays in report delivery caused by third-party labs or technical issues.- Misinterpretation or misuse of reports.- Issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the user.

 10. Indemnification

 You agree to indemnify and hold Speed Diagno harmless against any claims or liabilities resulting from

 misuse of the platform, false information, or breach of these terms.

 11. Jurisdiction

 All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, and

 governed by the laws of India.
